Fashion Merchandiser
Job Description

• Researching thoroughly on future market trends and then combining it with feedback from both export and local sales before the development of collection starts
• Providing the information of trend and feedback to designer in order for them to initiate the overall concept of collection
• Planning the collection assortment as well as ensuring that the plan is allocated as it should be
• Working with sourcing team to create a selection of fabric, textile and color before passing those applicable to designer
• Taking care of any additional collection or pieces
• Working with Export sales executive to place the set of produced sample and timeline of collection development from the start, lookbook shooting until the delivery of sample and then informing every relevant department i.e. sample production and export
• Working on the details of each piece or product with designer and ensuring that all details are correct i.e. colourway, accessories, embroidery and material composition
• Providing comments while fitting of each style
• Assisting designer of each brand to develop the collection and all product category at every work process
• Being the mediator between Sales & Marketing department and Designer in terms of collection feedback and customer requirements
• Pushing and monitoring the development of collection to finish in time of expected deadline
• Taking care of all product development including additional sets or pieces

Senior Buyer
Job Description

Senior Buyer is responsible for the planning and procurement of merchandise, as well as the administrative activity required to maintain a constant and adequate flow of merchandise to the stores. This position includes the responsibility of running a merchandise department as assigned.

Responsibilities

- Develops & implement allocation plan by consider sale target & display capacity & spacing.
- Responsible for sale analysis, demand forecasting, inventory management, and product information analysis
- Planning product ranges and preparing sales and stock plans in conjunction with buyers
- Liaising with buyers, production, retail & marketing, stores, and warehouse
- Analyze retails selling information utilizing data from system, including but not limited to sales/ stock, store cluster analysis, style/ category analysis down to item / store level
- Maintaining a comprehensive library of appropriate data.
- Using specialist computer software, for example to handle sales statistics, stock allocation , stock rebalancing and present on spreadsheets and/ or graphs
- Analyzing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colors or styles) and ensuring that they reach their full potential.
- Monitoring slow sellers and give recommendation to retail & marketing team in order to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
- Analyzing customer purchase pattern, data provide from CRM team
- Analyzing the previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines
- Report shipment defect, short ship, over ship with brand for credit note or replacement
